David Bonrouhi, Managing Director
David Bonrouhi has over 15 years of investment banking and private equity experience. David began his investment banking career at Merrill Lynch in New York in the mid 1990's where he worked on a number of M&A transactions, IPOs, private placements, high yield debt offerings and leveraged loan transactions in the media and telecom industries. David later worked in private equity and venture capital for UnionBanCal Equities, where he co-managed Union Bank's $200 million portfolio of private equity investments in middle market companies in a wide range of industries, including consumer products, industrial manufacturing, business services, technology/internet/new media, telecom, publishing, radio and TV broadcasting, towers, energy and real estate. In this capacity, David was a Board member of several portfolio companies. David also founded a financial consulting firm, Blue Line Capital, and he previously spent two years as a VP with Hunter Chase, a real estate private equity firm.
David began his career as a CPA and tax consultant with Price Waterhouse in New York. David holds Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses with Fallbrook Capital Securities Corporation, the parent company of Calabasas Capital. David is a licensed California CPA and a licensed California broker.
David has an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from UCLA's Anderson School of Management; and a Masters in Tax and a B.S. in Accounting from Miami of Ohio. David is active in the Los Angeles community with such organizations as Temple Isaiah, Guardians, VICA, Gold Coast Business Forum, the Anderson Private Equity Alumni Association, Provisors, Association for Corporate Growth, LAVA, Bruin Professionals, and the California Restaurant Association.
David is originally from Buffalo, NY and currently lives in Marina Del Rey with his wife and two sons.
Andre Stokes, Managing Director
Andre Stokes has over 15 years of investment banking, business strategy and corporate development experience. He was most recently at Credit Suisse in New York where he advised media and telecom clients on a number of debt and equity financings and M&A transactions. During the course of his career, Andre advised clients on over $8 billion in transactions, including leveraged buyouts, minority investments, recapitalizations, IPOs, follow-on equity, bank debt and high yield debt offerings. At Bear Stearns, Andre worked in New York and London and as a member of the M&A group, he focused on identifying LBO opportunities for private equity sponsors. He was also responsible for financial sponsor relationships while at Ladenburg Thalmann, a middle market focused investment bank. Andre has advised clients in a variety of industries, including business services, cable TV, credit card processing, Internet, media, telecom and wireless infrastructure. He also founded Ophidian Advisors, a financial advisory and consulting firm and previously was co-head of the merchant credit card processing practice at First Annapolis, a boutique consulting and M&A advisory firm.
Andre is a former naval officer, where he served as a surface warfare officer aboard the USS Charleston and led as many as 75 personnel. He later became a naval civil engineer corps officer, where he served as a contracting officer and managed construction projects for the navy and marine corps. Andre holds Series 7 and 79 licenses with Fallbrook Capital Securities Corporation.
Andre has an MBA with a focus on finance and strategy from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy. He is active in numerous Los Angeles area organizations, including Association for Corporate Growth, Harvard Business School Association of Southern California, Provisors, SoCal Military Vets, Turnaround Management Association and U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association LA Chapter.
Rick Andrade, Managing Director
Rick Andrade has over 25 years experience as a finance executive and business advisor, including the last several years as a middle market investment banker in Los Angeles. After earning his BA & MBA degrees from UCLA, Rick began his Big 5 strategy consulting career at Accenture and later CapGemini Ernst & Young. He worked with CFOs at Amgen, Mellon Bank, Sky Chef, and Warner Bros., among others, to design and implement state-of-the-art finance and performance management strategies and systems.
With first-hand knowledge of how the Fortune 500 can get great results, Rick turned his attention and experience to help middle-market companies do the same. In the mid 1990s he formed his own company to help middle market business owners get financing to grow. There he wrote dozens of business and marketing plans for clients that needed funding and began helping those that wanted to sell their business. Over the last 15 years Rick has advised a number of company executives at every level on how best to maximize the value of their company, leverage resources, and improve operations.
In his spare time, Rick writes and speaks to senior executives at various trade organizations and events around the country about market trends, economic forecasts, and Best Practices that help business owners improve the value of their companies.
Rick lives in Encino, Ca near Los Angeles with his awesome wife Suzanne, a Los Angeles Deputy City Attorney. In addition to his BA & MBA, Rick is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, Series 7, 63, and 79 securities representative, and is a proud SBA/SCORE volunteer & instructor to small businesses in the region.

Brandt Blanken is principal of Calabasas Capital and founder and President of Fallbrook Capital Securities Corporation. Brandt has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry in the areas of real estate, energy, entertainment and tax credits.
Brandt holds Series 7, 24, 3, 63, and 79 securities licenses with Fallbrook Capital Securities Corporation.
Brandt is a graduate of The George Washington University and lives with his wife and children in Calabasas, CA.
